The moral, legal and financial consequences of director’s decisions, the economical impacts on a company of non compliance, legal responsibilities relating to health and safety, including a look at both criminal and civil law.
The course will also look beyond the law at the importance of positive safety cultures and how to achieve them and give delegates a good understanding of safety management systems and how they can benefit businesses.
We will be examining case studies and using workshop techniques in the classroom. Delegates will leave the course with a feeling of understanding and clarity as to their duties and the needs of their company.
