Manual Handling

Training in safe handling techniques is a legal requirement under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992. We can provide the information and skills that your employees need to look after their backs in the workplace and help to reduce the biggest cause of time off work in Britain. Course content includes the make-up and structure of the spine and practical exercises in safe lifting. It also covers the legal framework, in addition to best practice and teaching on how to carry out manual handling assessments.
